Marine Corps Birthday Ball
AHS MCJROTC hosts a Annual Marine Corps Ball. Known as the Birthday Ball, this event is celebrated by Marine Corps personnel around the globe in November. This is to commemorate the establishment of the Continental Marines in 1775.
The evening will be planned and executed by our cadets. Families are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The evening will include a keynote speaker, dinner and photo opportunities for families.

All cadets, dates, family members, and guests are welcome. It is expected that all cadets attend.

Cost: Each Guest $60 if purchased by Oct 31.

Advance Ticket Purchase Requested. Limited tickets will be available at the door based hotel food preparation deadlines.

Cadets, parents, family, and friends are welcome to join us. Cadets will perform the formal program, we will hear from the guest of honor, enjoy a plated dinner, and then have access to formal photography opportunity, photobooth, and DJ.

Dress Code

Cadets: Cadets with Dress Blues (A/B) are required to wear them for the ceremony and dinner, but appropriate civilian attire may be changed into for the dance.

Female Cadets may wear appropriate length dresses (no minis or low-cut fronts).

Male Cadets, wear a minimum of shirt and tie. Ties may be removed for the dance.

Guests: Formal

Women: Wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, or knee-length black dress, with nothing low-cut.

Men: Wear a suit and tie, or coat and tie with slacks. Dress shoes.
