PFC SHANE FOLMAR
MEMORIAL FITNESS COMPETITION
Allen High School MCJROTC invites you to participate in the PFC Shane Folmar Memorial Fitness Competition. The purpose of this competition is to honor the sacrifice of PFC Timothy Shane Folmar by conducting a challenging physical fitness competition that reinforces teamwork, leadership, and perseverance under stress. The competition will host 4-person teams from JROTC programs who will participate in a series of events designed to test endurance, teamwork, strength, and esprit de corps.

Mission: On Saturday, 11 October 2025, 4-person teams from participating JROTC programs will compete in the PFC Shane Folmar Memorial Fitness Competition at Allen High School. Teams will be challenged in four events—Fire Team Challenge, Shamrock, Ruck Run, and Tug-of-War—that measure physical ability, mental toughness, and unit cohesion.

Event Scoring
Four events will be scored by placement. All four events count toward the overall total.
Event 1st–3rd place winners will be recognized.
